Old Town Bridge Tower and Lesser Town Bridge Towers
The Old Town Bridge Tower marks the east end of the bridge and the Lesser Town Bridge Towers mark the west end. You can climb both. The Old Town tower has 138 steps, and the Lesser Town side has two towers, with a gallery you can visit in the higher one.
The Lesser Town towers are two buildings. The higher one is a late Gothic tower of 1464, and the lower one has Romanesque origins and its Renaissance form from 1591. Neither site is step-free, and neither is accessible for wheelchairs. The Lesser Town towers have no lift.

There is no regular weekly closing day. Because the towers close in the evening, you cannot climb them at sunrise or late at night.
Christmas and New Year hours
On 24 December 2026 the towers are open from 10:00 to 14:30, on 25 December from 11:00 to 17:30, and on 26 December from 10:00 to 19:00. On 31 December the hours are 10:00 to 16:00, on 1 January 2027 they are 11:00 to 18:00, and from 2 to 6 January 2027 they are 10:00 to 19:30. There is no half-price first hour on 25 December and 1 January.

The climb is on foot and the tower is not accessible for wheelchairs. Take it slowly if stairs are hard for you.
Views from the Lesser Town side
From the gallery of the higher tower on the west end you look across the roofs of MalΓ‘ Strana. The view is the main reason to climb.
Children
Visitors under 15 may enter only with an adult aged 18 or over.
No general reservation requirement
The towers do not ask for a reservation in general. That does not promise a free place at busy times, so check before you plan around a specific hour.

The Old Town tower costs CZK 250 and comes with 138 steps. It marks the entrance to the bridge from the Old Town, close to StaromΔstskΓ‘. The Lesser Town towers cost CZK 200 and are the better choice if you finish your walk on the west side.

The combined ticket costs CZK 340 for adults. That saves CZK 110 against buying the two adult tickets separately, but only if you plan to climb both.
